King Evelthon Beach Hotel & Resort

A veritable statement property, King Evelthon Beach Hotel & Resort claims its place along the stunning coastline of Klorakas in Paphos, where the azure Mediterranean stretches endlessly before you. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by an expansive, marble-floored lobby bathed in light, offering pops of color from the stylish furniture. The contemporary décor dazzles, featuring a pristine white canvas accentuated by teal and vibrant red lounge seating that evokes an inviting warmth. As you transition into this coastal haven, the elaborate mosaic columns and heavy drapes whisper luxury while large windows offer enticing glimpses of the sea beyond. This windowed connection gives way to the main allure: an elegant pool area overlooking the sandy beach, radiating an atmosphere of relaxation and indulgence. Here, guests can unwind with a signature Brandy Sour, the island's cocktail, crafted from local brandy, lemon, and a hint of soda, embodying the spirit of Cyprus itself.

Explore the Local Area

The King Evelthon places you conveniently close to Paphos's enchanting sights. Just a leisurely drive of seven minutes will lead you to the Kings Avenue Mall, featuring international brands, cinema, and diverse dining options - from American fast food to British sushi. History enthusiasts will find the renowned Tombs of the Kings just a stone's throw away at 2 km, while the archaeological treasures of Kato Paphos are a mere 3.5 km away. The vibrant local atmosphere, bustling markets, and picturesque scenery invite exploration, with public transport readily accessible along the main road at the top of the hotel's driveway. For air travel, Paphos International Airport is a short 25 km drive, providing ease of access to this luxurious beachfront sanctuary.

Room Information

King Evelthon Beach Hotel & Resort boasts an impressive 347 guestrooms and 28 palatial suites, each impeccably designed with refined contemporary opulence. Rooms are adorned with palettes of white and cream, complemented by accent colors of teal and red in bed throws and chairs. Basic amenities include flat-screen satellite TVs, mini-fridges, and private bathrooms stocked with complimentary toiletries. Those who revel in the finer details will appreciate the tasteful use of parquet or tiled floors along with plush furnishings that provide comfort and aesthetic charm.

Room Upgrades

For guests seeking a heightened experience, upgraded rooms and suites manage to blend elegance with ample space. Options like the Deluxe Suite, richly appointed at 800 sq ft, feature an expansive furnished patio with panoramic Mediterranean views, along with a spa bath and an open-plan living area. The sea-view Family Suite, spanning 1,200 sq ft, includes two separate bedrooms and is equipped for larger parties with flexibility for additional beds. Other suites offer balcony access, natural light through large windows, and modern comforts such as WiFi and soundproofing to ensure that every stay is both restful and rejuvenating.

“This beachfront resort excels with its massive water park, making it a natural destination for families. I particularly appreciate the diverse dining options-from Mediterranean to Italian-and the availability of complimentary amenities that enhance any stay. While some find the 5-star rating a bit ambitious, the friendly staff and convenient location near Paphos make it a worthwhile base for exploring the area.”

i emailed the place twice prior to my stay. i wanted facility information, but i got no response. on arrival, there was no bottled water in the room. when i asked, i was told it was on the way because they were very busy. i waited two hours for the water to arrive

The spa provided a lovely experience. The staff are very knowledgeable! The gentleman at the spa reception knew what treatments were suitable during pregnancy. Vaso completed my facial, and it felt fantastic. My husband and I had treatments in the same room. It was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful overall.
The door to my room looked like it had been forced open previously. The door did not close properly! I did not like it.

My sea view room offered a great vista. The space was clean, with a shower and bath. The bathroom was a good size. It suited my needs, though I did notice a few cracks in the floor.
Dining

The breakfast buffet was extensive. It featured fruit, cereals, various jams, yoghurts, cheeses, and breads! There were also English breakfast options. I enjoyed the omelettes made on the spot with custom ingredients.

The all-inclusive option had a good selection of food daily. Everything tasted fresh. The outdoor area was pretty. I especially liked the view of the sea from the pool. It was AMAZING!!!
The hotel looked dated in some areas. The air conditioning was not great. I was given an extra key card and told to keep it on, but the unit only blew hot air.
